Although we are a shop operation, we partner with Jeffco Coating, which does similar type work, but in the field. We have historically partnered on numerous projects. Our extensive portfolio includes coating for water resources projects and pipelines, wastewater plants, fuel storage components, urban architecture, bridges, ship components, oil refineries and other power plants.

Experienced Blasters, Coaters and Inspectors

ABC’s staff includes 25 experienced, blasters, coaters and inspectors. Our blasters and coaters have gone through extensive internal and external training related to their job tasks and duties. All of our inspectors are NACE-certified. We follow SSPC and NACE procedures and protocol for training and certification of our blasters, coaters and inspectors.

Continuous Quality Assurance

Our inspection staff is experienced and qualified to conduct all tests as required under the NACE CIP program. We have excellent relations with all of our customers and associated contractors.

We have developed a comprehensive Quality Assurance manual for our QP3and QS1 Certifications. They cover Management, Personnel, Job Process, Training, Safety, Environmental Compliance, Quality Control, and Maintenance. It is our policy to provide our clients with daily progress reports and a final formal report indicating results of the inspection.

Our objective is to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality products and services from their coating contractor. To that end, we insist on full compliance with NACE International, SSPC, ASTM and other industry-approved quality standards.
